Whole Wheat Yogurt Bread

Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
1/3 cup warm water
1/3 cup honey
2 cups plus 3 tbsp. unflavored yogurt
5 cups whole wheat flour

Directions

In large bowl add the yeast and the warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add honey and yogurt to yeast mixtureand mix well. Add flour one cup at a time, turn on to floured board adding an additional cup of flour whilekneading. Knead until it is no longer sticky. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and let rise until double(about 2 hours). Punch down and form 2 loaves. Cover. Let rise until double (about 2 hours). Place in a350° oven for 45 minutes.

Temperature: 350°

Baking Time: 45 minutes.
