Chicken A La King

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts-cubed
1/2 stick butter
1 can chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup peas & carrots
2 tbsp. flour


In a large sautee pan, cook chicken till no longer pink. Add butter, broth, milk, and vegetables. Heat through. Add the flour a little at a time, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add salt & pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Serve over toast.
