Broccoli Cheese Soup (version 2)


2 (10-oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta
1 pt. half & half


Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onion in margarine. Melt cheese in double boiler. Put all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low all day or until thick, or cook on medium-high for 2 or 3 hours.
