Beef Stroganoff

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 Ibs. boneless round steal, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms; or fresh
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add meat and onions; brown well. Stir in flour, salt pepper, bouillon,mustard and mushrooms. Blend in water, simmer for 60 to 75 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve overnoodles or rice.
