Banana Nut Loaf

2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
Grated peel of 1 lemon
2 large bananas (mashed 1 cup)
½ cup butter or margarine (softened)
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 cup walnuts, chopped fine


Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. Combine lemon peel and bananas; set aside.In large bowl cream butter, gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time until wellblended. Alternately stir in flour and banana mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts. Turn into greased9x5x3

Temperature: 325°

Baking Time: 50-60 minutes.
