Baked Stew

Ingredients

1 slice bread
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 carrots, chopped
1 - 28 oz. can tomatoes
1 can green beans
4 onions, cut in half
3 tablespoons tapioca
1 Ib. stew meat
2 potatoes, diced
1 can beef bouillon
2 bay leaves
Celery

Directions

Break breed and place in bottom of large baking dish. Combine and add the remaining ingredients. Bake incovered dish in 250° oven for 5 to 7 hours.

Temperature: 250°

Baking Time: 300-420 minutes.
