Baked Chicken Salad

4 cups diced cooked chicken
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup canned cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped celery
4 hard cooked eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pimentos cut
1 cup crushed potato chips
2/3 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped almonds (optional)


Mix first 9 ingredients. Put in large shallow 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine potato chips with cheese end almonds, if used, andsprinkle on top. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 25 minutes or until heated through.

Temperature: 400°

Baking Time: 25 minutes.
