Applesauce Oatmeal Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. soda
Dash salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
14 cups oatmeal
4 cup raisins
1/2 cup oil
1 cup thickened applesauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl. In blender or separate bowl, put eggs, add sugar and blend well. Todry ingredients, add oil and egg. Place in cup cake papers. Top with confectioners sugar. Bake at 350° degrees for 20 minutes.

Temperature: 350°

Baking Time: 20 minutes.
