LOW-FAT SPINACH CALZONE
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 8 oz fat-free mozzarella, shredded 10 oz spinach, frozen chopped, thawed and well-drained 6 oz tomato paste 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 4 oz canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed 2 Tbsp. red wine
Procedure

Heat oven to 375 F. Divide bread dough into 6 equal pieces. On baking sheets
sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, pat each piece into a 7" circle.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon approximately 1/2 cup of
mixture onto half of each circle. Fold dough over filling; moisten edges and
press together with fork to seal. Cut small slit in top of each calzone;
lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake at 375 F. for 15 to 18 minutes or
until golden brown.
