WHITE BREAD
Ingredients

7-8 cups flour 3 tbsp. honey 4 tsp. salt 3 pkg. dry yeast 1/3 cup margarine, softened 2 2/3 cups very warn tap water
Procedure

Place 6 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast, and margarine in bowl. With dough hook mix gradually on
slow speed while adding warm water. Mix 1 min. Add remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, as needed. Mix
until dough clings to hook, approximately 5 min. Knead on medium speed 7 to 10 min. Cover bowl with
plastic wrap then a towel. Let rest for 20 min. Divide dough in half. Roll and shape into loaves. Place in two
greased bread pans. Brush with vegetable oil, cover loosely with plastic wrap, refrigerate 2-12 hours.
When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator, uncover carefully. Let stand at room temperature 10 min.
Puncture any gas bubbles that may have formed with tooth pick. Place in 400° oven for 35-40 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
Temperature: 400°
Baking Time: 35-40 minutes.
