TORTELLINI SOUP
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. margarine 2 cans (14 oz each) beef or chicken broth 1 - 8 oz pkg beef or cheese tortellini, thawed 5 oz. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed 1 - 16 oz can italian stewed tomatoes
Procedure

In a large saucepan, melt margarine and cook garlic. Add broth and tortellini, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes including the juice. Simmer another 5 minutes.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
