SALMON PATTIES
Ingredients

1 can salmon, drained, boned and flaked 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup fine, dried bread crumbs 2 eggs 3 tablespoons chopped pimiento 2 teaspoons minced onion 1/16 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) 2 tablespoons butter
Procedure

Combine all ingredients except butter (can use margarine – it doesn't burn so easily). Turn griddle to
medium heat. Melt butter. Using 1/4 cup for each patty, cook until as brown as (about 5 minutes per side).
We enjoy it with an egg cream tartar sauce, but it can be served with tarter sauce.
