RED SNAPPER WITH SOUR CREAM
Ingredients

2 lbs. red snapper fillet 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Procedure

Place fish in greased shallow baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread sour cream over fish. Sprinkle
with cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 20 minutes.
