PUMPKIN NUT BREAD
Ingredients

2 cubes butter
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 nutmeg
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
Procedure

Beat well butter, sugar, and eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Divide and pour into three well greased 1 lb.
coffee cans. Set on cookie sheet and place in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 75 minutes.
