POTATO SALAD
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (red or white)
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs boiled and mashed
1 stalk chopped celery
1 tsp cider viniger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup real mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure

Boil potatoes with skin on. Peel and dice and add remaining items and mix well.
