LOW-FAT MANGO TEQUILA SALSA
Ingredients

2 cups mango (peeled and diced) 2/3 cup red bell pepper (chopped fine) 3 tbsp. tequila 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. jalapeno (seeded and minced) 2 tsp. mint (chopped) 1/2 tsp. salt
Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Cover and chill. Makes 2 cups.
