LOW-FAT CREAMY MUSHROOM CHICKEN


Ingredients
****************
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. oil
10 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup water

Procedure
***************
Saute chicken breasts & remove from pan. In same pan heat oil and add mushrooms, onion & salt cooking till golden & tender. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream and water, heat through. Makes 4 servings.
