HONG KONG PEPPER STEAK
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch strips 1/4 cup water 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tbsp margarine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce 1 cup bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with juice
Procedure

Brown steak in margarine in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes, or until tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
Cooking Time: 30-45 minutes.
