HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL
Ingredients

1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 bell pepper; grated
1/2 small onion; grated
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Lawery's Seasoning Salt
Procedure

In large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, bell pepper, onion, carrots, pineapple(with juice squeezed out), and sprinkle in Lowery's seasoning salt to taste. Mix all ingredients with hands, until thoroughly mixed together. Shape into ball, and chill 30 minutes. After mixture is chilled, roll in chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated until serving. This is great served with Ritz crackers, or any other type of cracker.
