GINGER SALMON
Ingredients

Fresh ginger Atlantic Salmon fillet Salt Black pepper Brown sugar Sesame or peanut oil
Procedure

Use a large skinless boneless fresh salmon fillet. Lay it out flat. Sprinkle with salt, papper and brown sugar. Place slices of fresh ginger over the top. Drizzle with sesame oil. Roll up and place in a casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil over casserole pan and bake at 450 degrees F until fish flakes.
Temperature: 450°
Baking Time: 10 minutes.
