FUDGE
Ingredients

1/2 cup Land-o-Lakes butter
1/4 cup milk
16 ounce package (1 cup) real semi sweet chocolate chips (Nestle Tollhouse)
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Procedure

Combine butter, milk, and chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until butter and chips melt. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed scraping bowl often.Spread batter into an 8 inch baking pan. Refrigerate until firm (1 hour)Store in airtight container.
