FLUFFY MOCHA CREAM
Ingredients

1 tbsp. instant coffee 1/4 cup hot water 1 3/4 cup cold water 1 pint chocolate ice cream 1/8 tsp. almond extract 1/12 cup heavy cream, whipped Nutmeg
Procedure

Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Add cold water. Chill. Add ice cream and stir until nearly melted. Fold
in almond extract into whipped cream. Float on top of mocha beverage. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
