SALMON ASPARAGUS PIE
Ingredients

2 cups asparagus, cut up 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 can (7 oz) red sockeye salmon, drained and broken into chunks 3/4 cup Bisquick 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Procedure

Combine asparagus, red pepper, onions and 1 cup of the Cheddar; spread
in well greased 10 inch pie plate. Top with drained, picked over and
chunked salmon.
Whisk together remaining ingredients, except for reserved 1/2 cup
Cheddar; pour over asparagus/salmon mixture.
Bake at 400F for 35 minutes. Sprinkle reserved Cheddar cheese over top;
for another 5-10 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out
clean
