FRENCH APPLE PIE
Ingredients

6 c Apple, tart; sliced & pared 1 1/4 ts Cinnamon, ground 1/4 ts Nutmeg, ground 3/4 c Milk 2 T Butter; softened 2 Eggs 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix 3 T Butter or margarine, firm 1 c Bisquick baking mix 1/2 c Nuts; chopped 1/3 c Sugar, brown
Procedure

Heat oven to 325 F. Grease a 10" pie plate. Mix apples, cinnamon, nutmeg; turn into pie
plate. Beat milk, two tablespoons of butter, eggs, sugar and half a
cup of baking mix for 15 seconds in blender on high speed, one minute
with a wire whisk or hand beater, until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
Cut three tablespoons of butter into remaining ingredients; sprinkle
over the top. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted in the
center comes out clean.
