APPLE PIE
Ingredients

10 inch deep dish pie crust 5 to 6 cups sliced apples, such as Spy or Ida Red about 1/4 cup flour about 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup light sour cream (or use plain yogurt) 2 eggs 1 tsp lemon juice Topping: 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon or more 3/4 cup soft butter or margarine
Procedure

Combine flour and sugar with apple slices. Add yogurt, eggs and lemon
juice; place in pie shell. Blend sugar, 1/2 cup flour and cinnamon. Mix
in soft butter with pastry blender or fork. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 375F. Serve warm or at room temperature with or
without whipped cream. Makes 10 servings, Refrigerate leftovers.
