APPLE PIE CAKE
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups baking apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
1/2 cup pecans chopped coarsely
1/2 cup golden raisins
Procedure

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heavily grease
a 9-inch pie plate. Beat the egg in a medium bowl and mix in the melted
butter and sugar. Mix in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt,
nutmeg, vanilla, apples, pecans, and raisins. Pour the batter into the pie
plate. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
