SEAFOOD STUFFED MUSHROOM APPETIZERS
Ingredients

large white button mushrooms crab meat green onions mustard mayonnaise fresh bread crumbs fresh lemon juice salt pepper
Procedure

Heat an oven to approx 375F. Remove the stems from the mushrooms (you can
save the stems for making soup stock). With the remaining ingredients
prepare a crab mixture suitable for making crab cakes except that the crab
pieces should be somewhat smaller than that used in crab cakes. Stuff the
mushrooms caps with the crab mixture and cook the mushrooms for approx 15
minutes.
