FETTUCINI ALFREDO SAUCE
Ingredients

pasta 1/4 lb butter Regiano cheese cream or half & half
Procedure

While pasta cooks, take a big deep serving dish and warm it in the oven.
Just before the pasta is done, take the plate from the oven, place 1/4 pound
softened butter on the plate. Now dump on as much freshly grated Regiano as
you want, pasta goes on top next right from the water then let it set for a
moment. Add cream or half & half and toss with a big spoon and fork. Serve
immediately.
