FETTUCINI ALFREDO SAUCE
Ingredients

3 table spoons of sweetbutter
1 cup of half and half cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
1 tsp. ground parsley (fresh or dried)
1 egg yolk
2 servings Fettucini Noodles
3 tblespoons salt
Procedure

Bring 3 quarts of water to rapid boil, While water is boiling mix Alfredo
ingredients in bowl, Add salt to the boiling water, After water resumes a rapid
boil add Fettucini noodles, Cook al-dente then drain noodles, Put Alfredo
ingredients into the empty pot and cook on high flame until bubbling begins
while stirring, Add noodles and stir until Alfredo sauce begins a rapid bubble,
Serve immediately.
