SQUASH CASSEROLE
Ingredients

Yellow crookneck squash Zucchini Green patty pan squash 1 chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup butter 1 medium can corn (Green Giant Vacuum packed) 1/4 tsp. allspice 1 cup sour cream Cheddar cheese
Procedure

Dice enough yellow crookneck squash, zucchini. and green patty pen squash to make 3 cups. Steam
squash with one chopped onion and salt. Drain and dry thoroughly (in warn pan - to get out all moisture).
Add butter, corn, allspice and sour cream. Turn into greased casserole (1 1/2 - 2 qt.). Heat in oven until
heated through, about 20 to 30 minutes, with grated cheese.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 20 to 30 minutes.
