SPINACH PIE


Ingredients

Pie Crust (9 inch pie pan)
2 packages frozen spinach
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup onions
1 garlic clove
Nutmeg
6 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
8 oz. mozzarella cheese


Procedure

Get all the moisture out of spinach. Sauté butter, onions, garlic, stir in spinach. In sauce pen, melt 3 tbsp. butter, flour and milk until thick. Stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, and spinach mixture. Beat 6 eggs and stir eggs and cheese into spinach mixture. Bake.

Temperature: 350°

Baking Time: 45 minutes.
