ZUCCHINI CUSTARD SOUFFLE


Ingredients

4 cups cooked diced zucchini
1 small onion minced
3 eggs well beaten
3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
1/3 cup milk
1 cup cheese cut in cubes


Procedure
*************
Mix easy - bake in buttered casserole (1 1/2 - 2 qt.) in slow oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or till set and brown.

Temperature: 325°

Baking Time: 75 minutes.
