1 18 1/2 oz. box deep chocolate, fudge or devil's food cake mix
1 4 oz. box instant chocolate pudding
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp amaretto
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Grease bundt pan and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chips in large bowl and beat 2 minutes with mixer on medium speed. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool on rack for at least 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Drizzle with glaze made of 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 Tbsp milk and 1 tsp almond extract.
