Ingredients

1 iceberg lettuce head (regular lettuce to most of us) 2 green apples, diced 1 small carrot shredded with grater 1 big tomato sliced in thin rounds lemon pepper seasoning 4 or 5 radishes grated Dried basil leaves, crushed. Drizzle or two of mild olive oil Clove of garlic pressed and secretly added to salad. Lemon juice, and a lemon slice to preseve fresh taste and look. One celery stalk choped into very small pieces
Optional: Grated chaddar or romano cheese Red onion sliced thin Chopped nuts
Procedure

Take your wooden or glass salad bowl and add your pressed garlic and drizzles of olive oil to the bottom, and swish it all around the bottom, sides and top of bowl for added flavor. Add your lettuce, thinly sliced tomato rings, celery, carrot, radishes, they add great splashes of color, and all ingredients that are vegtables. Then take your lemon and pepper seasoning and add two or three teaspoons, depending on your taste and add lemon juice and toss with your hands all around until salad is evenly seasoned. Taste it and see if it's the right amount for your taste. Add less or more to you liking. Serve.
