TORTILLA SOUP
Ingredients

1 - 16 oz can refried beans
1 - 15 oz can black beans-rinsed and drained
1 - 14 oz can chicken broth
1 small bag frozen corn
3/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup water
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese-divided
Tortilla chips
Procedure

In a large saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup cheese and stir over low hear until melted. Ladle soup into bowl and sprinkle crumbled tortilla chips and cheese on the top to serve
