SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD
Ingredients

5 to 8 cooked diced ptoatoes
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced onion
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
6 hard cooked eggs diced
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup salad dressing (like miracle whip)
2 tbs. vinegar
Procedure

Toss together lightly the potatoes, eggs and cucumber, onions and seasonings. Combine sour cream, salad dressing, vinegar, and mustard. Fold dressing minxture into potatoes. Chill well before serving.
