HOT CHICKEN SALAD


Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onions
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 can (10-1/2 ounce) Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup grated American cheese
1/2 cups crushed potato chips


Procedure

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix cheese and potato chips and spread over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Temperature: 350°

Baking Time: 25 minutes.
