CRANBERRY SALAD
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 - 15 oz. can crushed pineapple (Sizes vary with brands) 1/2 to 3/4 Ib. bag cut up marshmallows 1/2 pint heavy cream (whipping cream) Whipped until stiff
Procedure

Grind cranberries. Freezing berries makes it easier and less messy. Add sugar to berries and crushed pineapple. Let stand to drain
for 2 to 3 hours. Then add the marshmallows. Then fold in the whipped cream. Chill at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
