BACON BAKED POTATOES
Ingredients

6 potatoes
12 strips of bacon
1/2 cup butter
Salt
Pepper
Procedure

Scrub potatoes and prick all over with knife or fork. brush very lightly with butter. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each potato, trying to cover completely. Dash with salt and pepper, if desired. Wrap each potato firmy with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bacon. Serve with butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, etc.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 60 minutes.
