STEAK TERIYAKI
Ingredients

3 lbs round steaks or sirloin steak 1/2 cup soy sauce 3 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp fresh coarse ground black pepper 2 tsp lemon juice 1 - 12 ounce can beer 2 tbsp salad oil
Procedure

1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak. 2. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. 3. Grill 3-4 inches from hot coals, about 10 minutes on each side. 4. Baste frequuently with the marinade.
