BEEF JERKY
Ingredients

3 lbs. flank steak, cut into thin strips 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic 1 tsp. pepper 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce
Procedure

Mix all together and pour over meat strips. Let stand 4 hours. Turn over once or twice. Drain and put on
cookie sheet. Bake overnight in oven. Turn over occasionally. Turn oven off and leave in oven to cool. Store
in covered jar if you want them soft. Store in plastic bag if you want them hard.
Temperature: 150°
Baking Time: (12 hours) 1080 minutes.
