RED SNAPPER ROLL UPS
Ingredients

2 lbs. red snapper cut in stripe 1/4 Ib. shrimp 1/2 cup grated American cheese 1 can cream of mushroom coup 2 tbsp. white wine (optional) Dash nutmeg
Procedure

Roll red snapper around shrimp and place in shallow pan. Pour over cream of mushroom soup, wine, and
top with grated cheese. Bake 350° for 25 minutes.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 25 minutes.
