EGGS PORTUGAL


Ingredients

8 slices white bread without crusts
3/4 Ib. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Ibs. skinless sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup dry Vermouth, Sherry or White wine.
1 can sliced mushrooms


Procedure

Cut sausage into bite size pieces and cook. In bottom of a 9x13

Temperature: 300°

Baking Time: 90 minutes.
