CAJUN MARINADE AND BASTE
Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. thyme leaf
1/2 hot red pepper (ground)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. leaf oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Procedure

Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting cover. Shake vigorously until well blended.
