SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
Ingredients

1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
1/2 cup pineapple syrup (syrup from pineapple chunks)
1 can (20 oz. pineapple chunks)
Procedure

Combine all ingredients. This recipe goes very well with fried pork riblets or spare-ribs cut into riblets. Mix riblets into sauce.
