CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Ingredients

2 eggs 1 - 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup whole pasteurized milk 3 tbsp. strong brewed coffee
Procedure

Heat milk and coffee together. Do not boil. Pour hot mixture into blender with all the other ingredients. Set
blender at high speed for full 3 minutes. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
