SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup sour cream
Procedure

Beat the butter or margarine until creamy. Gradually add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the 2
eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla. Then add the flour, baking powder and salt; and the baking soda
alternately with the sour cream. Use angel food cake pan or circle spring form pan greased and spread
one-third of the nut mixture on the bottom. Then add one-half of the batter, one-third of the nut mixture and
the other half of the batter. Top with remaining one-third of the nut mixture. Place in a 350° oven for 40-45
minutes. Let stand in pan for 45 minutes before removing. Delicious!
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 40-45 minutes.
