SWEET POTATO PUDDING
Ingredients

3 cups grated sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of allspice
Procedure

Mix the above ingredients together and place in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 60 minutes.
