COFFEE CAKE
Ingredients

4 cups flour 1 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup sugar Pinch of salt 1 yeast cake
Procedure

Mix dry ingredients and butter like a piecrust. Add milk and yeast. Beat well, put in refrigerator overnight.
Next day divide the dough into 3 sections. Roll out thin, cover with melted butter, sugar, nuts and a little
cinnamon. Roll up like jellyroll. Put on greased cookie sheet. Let rise about 2 hours. Place in 375° oven for
30 minutes. After it has baked spread with frosting made with powdered sugar and milk (make it thick) and
put on cake while hot.
Temperature: 375°
Baking Time: 30 minutes.
