NESTLE NEW ZEALAND FUDGE


Ingredients
**************
1/2 cup milk
3 cups brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 cup butter


Procedure
*************
1. Combine all ingredients in pan, stir over low heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves
2. Bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat, beat fudge with wooden spoon 10 minutes until thick and grainy.
4. Pour fudge into greased 18 cm square cake pan, cool.
5. When cold cut fudge into squares.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
